My First Blog Post Idea

I am going to write about being a father while going to college. The challenges, the victories, are all to provide a good life for my daughter. I would like to post pictures of her and write small essays and perhaps a poem or two as well. I will reflect on my childhood parallel to my own daughters. For the photo editing project, I have thousands of pictures from the past five years that I could select to use as images to complement my writing. I have pictures of her running, swimming, picking flowers, or just simply being a princess. For the illustration project, I can create something that highlights the beauty of childbirth, from conception to birth and infant to child, from a father's perspective. I can incorporate writing into this as well in the form of excerpts. For the video project, I could highlight my daughters day to day experiences as a child of Storke Family Housing. Her different adventures searching for butterflies, playing in the park, riding her scooter, watching the sunsets, or even a video of my brushing her hair while we have a conversation.

Life is already complicated, so why add more complications? Ever since I've committed myself to put the toilet seat down, my life has changed for the better.
